We help our clients structure and launch investment projects in Morocco, in MENA and throughout the African continent. We seek to provide strong assistance and support to our clients through our continuous involvement in all stages of their projects. More specifically, our assistance encompasses the following:
- Identification of an investment opportunity,
- Validation of project feasibility with local Government and administrative authorities,
- Preparation of a business plan, financial forecasts as well as an investment proposal, assistance in responding to potential tender offers and RFPs (including modelling and financial structuring aspects),
- Coordination with client team in charge of preparing technical proposals,
- Leadership of project fund raising when applicable,
- Negotiation of investment agreements and other applicable documentation, and assistance in the investment closing.
